Bought this item... instructions picture four identical arched poles. Two were other two terribly out of shape.
Put gazebo up..it pulled into correct shape. Couldn't get the pole's apart. afterwards

Thought was a great product!!
Now the fourth time we have erected the seem has torn down one side and now unusable.
We are avid campers and from our experience this is a poor product. 1 year old!!

Bought this 3 years ago. Used several times on family camps and for several weeks at a time in the garden. Stood up to torrential rain and high winds.
Takes 2 to erect. Downside poles sometimes twist

I have the 320 version of this Gazebo. After just one season, got it out of storage for this summer to find that the fabric has become brittle and tears when you try to stretch it over the frame.

This shelter has proved excellent for family events when you need cover in case of a shower, or shade, or just want a feature for bar/snacks. Easy to erect & folds away neatly into a solid canvas bag

Pleased initially with the overall quality, but on only the 3rd time of erecting it, there are 3 wire attachments snapped, the ones which allow the poles to be folded and unfolded. No longer impressed

Excellent addition to the garden , perfect for up to 8 people with comfort , dog loves the shade . Takes two people to assemble. very easy to build .. up now 2 weeks and standing firm .. enjoy

Had this shelter for 3 yrs now. Been to festivals & multiple camping trips each year. Works well come rain or shine. Would definitely recommend. We have 1 side attachment

Bought this June 2020, firstly thought it was great, . Used it in the garden for a few weeks. This year it ripped on its own when taken out of bag, and continued to rip had a mind of its own.

We bought this gazebo plus sides.Took minutes to erect & has literally been our family’s (of four) shelter on the last few camping trips,its moment of glory withstanding 55 mph winds on a cliff top.

I got this in August 2019 and we wanted it due to the weather being crap so we tried it and it was great for space and also against the wind an rain

Excellent, spacious dome shelter. Easy to put up and fully waterproof as 3000hh which is a real selling point. Very solid frame with four pegging points per foot. Very happy with our new kitchen diner

Brilliant.. we bought this as we were having a garden party.. it's big we could got about 16 chairs in ..it was a hot day and was really good protection from the sun.. Great !! So easy to assemble..

I researched all makes of gazebo/shelter and finally purchased the hi gear haven 350. It’s absolutely great, perfect size for all sorts of uses, very waterproof compared to others. Easy to erect and take down (on your own if needs must but easier with 2), plenty of headroom, very sturdy and the side walls are cheap if needed. Only slight downside is its a little heavy but if you want a sturdy shelter then i can live with the weight.

Fed up from running indoors when showers passed overhead I needed something a bit bigger than a typical garden parasol. The shelter has become a semi permanent extra room in the garden giving itself to all sorts of uses. The 3.5 x 3.5 meters is a huge space ideal for school holidays.

We bought this shelter and used it first time for a weekend's camping with our family of 13. The shelter was perfect for shading the sun and also keeping us dry during one of the worst thunderstorms we have ever experienced. This is an excellent product. My only small criticism is it is heavier than I expected, but this is due to the strong steel poles.
