Black tyres, not cream - bent rack - poor quality
Bike was sent with plain black tyres without notification. Bike looks very plain and boring without the cream tyres as advertised. Rack was also bent on arrival. Very poor quality. Disappointing.

Recived the bike the instructions included were not for the bike i bought which proved to be quite difficult and not enough screws and bolts

Bought for my girlfriends birthday, putting it together was slightly harder than I thought, only the basket though. The bike is great though, she loves it so couldn’t be happier!
Amazing bike
After spine operation found hips /legs really weak but this bike has been a godsend .....comfy ,efficient ,not too many gears ,so happy with it .not been on bike for 12 years but now on it every day

Was told by customer service the new model has black tyres and that they hadn't updated the pic. I wrote a note on the order saying not to send if the tyres are black and they still arrived. Not happy
