Bought these for Scouts to use, instructions could be clearer but once put together is good fire pit/BBQ. You do need level ground for it though. It would also useful to know max weight load for oven.

You need tools (box says you don't). Legs don't clip together as secure as i would like (but it is stable enough for a good size fire). No carry bag which I assumed it had as box mentioned a handle.

Bought this to go with our firepit - does what it says on the tin, works well in use. Obviously as per common sense you need to make sure its on stable and level ground. Very easy to assemble and seems stable and secure enough. Made a great addition to our bonfire and cooked the sausages rather nicely!

So we bought ours on sale and we used it straight away. The adjustability is great feature. We intend on using it on our camping trips as it dismantles quite easily. I see recommend this to disposable bbq.

Not too bad for the money, enamel hasn’t cracked or blistered after. 2 uses, love the fact that u can lower or raise the cooking area away from the bbq

Bought this as a replacement for it's predecessor that had a charcoal pan with legs. The main problems with this were if you haven't got level ground the cooking grill doesn't hang directly above the charcoal pan and you can't move around to re-position it because it all moves in unison. Also you can't higher or lower the grill to cook faster/slower. Much preferred the previous version. Put it up on our first trip with it and put it back away without using it. Very disappointed.

We bought this and used it when we had just finished cooking it collapsed and the whole thing hit the floor burnt the grass and nearly bunt my sister in laws children having examined the bbq the metal strengthening frame that goes round the middle it had snapped on 2 of the 3 bolt hole locators and the third one wasn't far behind having taken it back to go outdoors at Newcastle where the staff were extremely helpful and got a refund they said they would phone head office and explain and I'm shocked to see that all that has happened is that the price has been reduced these are extremely dangerous and are not fit for purpose these are a health and safety risk

Not too bad to build although several ends were dented. As the poles are so thin it was easy to round them back into shape. None of the poles sit right where they connect, these are thin cheap and badly made. Not a sturdy bit of kit at all, flimsy rubbish and defiantly not worth £30

We bought this for a family and friends camping trip and wish we didn't. It was a last minute purchase so didn't get a chance to put this together before we went away. I found that the triangle support at the top was a nightmare to fix and for a few more pennies spent in production this could have been so much simplar. After spending a lifetime camping with the Scouts I can honestly say that I wouldn't use this tripod for cooking as it is very unstable considering how hot the fire will be. Gave it one star for the fire tray which I will stand on bricks.

Great BBQ, cook dinner then use it as a fire pit. Easy to assemble, easy to clean. Good value for money.

Not a bad little barbie for the price. Easy to put together, sturdy enough for purpose and a quirky feature in the garden. Also used the tripod and hanging rack to warm stew in a pan over an open fire on a recent camping trip, did the job a treat!

Really excited to get this item. Got it home and it looked brilliant, until I started on the tripod.

Came with the wrong poles (4 top and only 2 middle).

Really wobbly and poorly made - I had to use pliers on 3 poles to round them out as they had been pushed in.

The top piece was only spot welded and one side snapped assembling it at home.

Returned immediately. Absolute waste of money.

My husband bought this for our recent camping trip. We have been after one for a while. Couldn't believe the price, so we snapped it up. We were worried it would be a cheap piece of kit... but... best thing we've bought this year. Easy to was. Amazing to cook on. Great as a camp fire. Everyone else in our group cooked on it too!!!!!

Simple to assemble, well designed, strong and sturdy. This will surely add another dimension to your outdoor cooking repertoire. No need to spend a fortune - this will do just fine!
